This administrative order is issued to Dale Bell, owner/operator of the Stateline Station, for failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria; failure to provide public notice of the violations; failure to report total coliform monitoring violaitons to EPA within 10 days of discovering the violations; and failure to report NPDWR violations to EPA within 48 hours.
