On January 12, 2004, an authorized representative of EPA conducted an inspection at Distribution Technology, Inc., 1411 Continental Boulevard, Charlotte, North Carolina in FTZ #57 where 50 drums of Cleothodim MUP were being stored. During this inspection, the product Clethodim MUP was identified and documented as being shipped and held for distribution by the Respondent.
