Homes by Donahoo (TXU010387): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on February 19, 2004, to evaluate compliance with the Texas General Permit for Construction Activities at The Legends On Lake LBJ construction site. It was determined that the operator, Homes by Donahoo, had not developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the site, nor posted a construction site notice.
