As a result of the inspection, the company submitted usage amounts showing that greater than 100 pounds of lead compounds were processed in 2001. The company failed to submit in a timely manner a Form R report for processing approximately 22,664 pounds of lead compounds for calendar year 2001. The PBT threshold in 2001 for lead compounds was 100 pounds.
The required Form R report was mailed to the EPA on January 19, 2004. The Form R was greater than one year late.

The company failed to submit in a timely manner a Form R report for processing approximately 24,000 pounds of lead compounds for calendar year 2002. The required Form R report was mailed to the EPA on October 27, 2003. The Form R was 115 days late.
