EPA November 4, 2003, NPDES Inspection found constuction activity of Parks of Deer Creek located at Deer Trail and McPherson in Fort Worth, Texas, non compliant with the the NPDES Storm Water Regulatory Program. EPA plans to initiate enforcement action that would require the operator to achieve immediate compliance with the NPDES Storm Water Program.
