Respondent is an operator at the Monte Belle residential construction project. Respondent had discharges of pollutants in its storm water discharges to waters of the U.S. Respondent was inspected on March 11, 2004, and found to be in violations of the NPDES storm water construction general permitting program by failing to have an NPDES permit. Respondent was Ordered to obtain a permit and comply with the terms and conditions of the permit. Respondent has certified that they are now in compliance.
