This administrative penalty order is issued to Wyoming State Parks and Historic Sites for violations at the Curt Gowdy State Park. The violations include failure to comply with and Administrative Compliance Order issued on 4/15/1999. The State Park has failed to comply with the maximum contaminant level for total coliform bacteria, failed to monitor for total coliform bacteria and failed to report the violations to EPA after issuance of the Order.
