FIFRA investigation found that on five occasions, the importer of eleven ISO tanks containing a pesticide product failed to provide labeling in connection with the import shipments. The pesticide importer was required to pay a penalty,properly label the pesticide shipments, and establish an environmental management plan within its world-wide corporation to have all import shipments into the U.S. labeled in accordance with FIFRA.
