This administrative order for compliance is issued to Colorado Interstate Gas Company for violations at the Natural Buttes Compressor Station. These violations include failure to sample and analyze the inlet gas using EPA Reference Method 18; failure to properly mark leading equipment; failure to monitor sulfur content of the fuel being fired in the turbine; failure to conduct the required performance tests; and failure to have a flare meeting design requirements.
