This unilateral administrative order is issued to Ray Crosby requiring the Respondent to conduct removal actions to abate an imminent and substantial endangerment to the public health, welfare or the environment. Based on the elevated levels of metals found during sampling on the Southwest Assay Site, EPA has determined that it is necessary to conduct a site-wide removal actions to consolidate and contain contaminated soils and tailings material located at the Site.
