EPA NPDES Inspection on October 2-3, 2003, found construction activities associated with the development of Summit Avenue in Lewisville, TX, non compliant with the NPDES Federal Storm Water Regulatory Program. EPA plans to initiate enforcement action that would require the operator of the construction activties described above, to comply with the NDPES Program.
