EPA Region 10 had information indicating that Respondent might be selling and distributing counterfeit/ foreign (unregistered) Advantage and Frontline flea and tick pet products. An inspection of the facility revealed that the Respondent was selling and distributing the unregistered product. Product was removed from the shells at the time of the inspection and a formal SSURO was issued at that time.
