DON TRAHAN HOMES (TXU010392): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted on February 19, 2004, at the Legends on Lake LBJ, to determine compliance with the Texas Storm Water General Permit. At the time of the inspection, Don Trahan Homes had not developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) as required by the General Permit and was, therefore, not eligible for automatic coverage under the permit. Don Trahan Homes was a first time violator and was eligible for the Expedited Settlement Offer, which was issued and accepted.
