Respondent owns and/or operates a crude oil tank battery, Two Medicine Cut Bank Sand Unit, Tract 29, located at 48 degrees, 27.761'N, 112 22.329'W, Glacier County, Montana 59427. This expedited consent agreement is issued to Provident Energy Associates for numerous violation of the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan regulations at the aforementioned site.
