Belated Notifications. There is no financial penalty. however, the contractor must provide a log of all jobs performed during the 90-day interval following receipt of the AO, including even jobs that are too small to warrant a regular notificatin.This report does not exempt the contractor from providing all customary notifications' which he must still provide as usual.
