W.M. DAVIS CONSTRUCTION (TXU010408): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted at a residential construction site located in Texarkana, TX, on February 25, 2004, by EPA inspector. At the time of the inspection, it was determined that W.M. Davis Construction had not prepared a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) nor had he applied for permit coverage under the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality issued Construction General Permit as required.
