R & R Baker Cattle Preconditioning (OKG010157), Sentinel, Oklahoma: An Administrative Order was issued to Mr. Ricky Ray Baker on August 6, 2004, for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act. On February 11, 2004, the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry conducted an on-site inspection of this facility, on behalf of EPA. The inspection revealed that this facility's records were not current and unsatisfactory to the permits requirements.
