On March 10, 2003 Intermagnetics General Corporation ( IGC) disclosed possible violations to the USEPA pursuant to the Audit Policy. In the disclosure, the facility indicated that it failed to file Form R reports for copper for reporting years 1998-2001 and for lead for reporting years 2001. The violations were discovered during a corporate audit of several facilities. It was determined that the facility meet all nine conditions of the Policy and no penalties were assessed. An NOD was signed on Aug 4, 2004 by DECA Director.
