This is an Administrative Order on Consent pursuant to CAA issued to La Paloma Generating Plant. The company has identified a design defect that has resulted in a power generation shortfall. As a result, it will be necessary to replace certain internal parts and recommission each gas turbine unit prior to returning to normal operations. The Adminstrative Order on Consent allows La Paloma to temporarily exceed hourly and daily NOx emission limits specified in their PSD permit.
