J&J Clearing and Grading owns property located at 3979 Pughsville Road in Suffolk, Virginia. J&J, Rountree Construction, and JSW Disposal have all been involved in placing fill in 8.788 acres of wetlands located on the property. Mulch, gravel, and other debris are filling these wetlands which are being used as a staging area for construction and land clearing. This fill of wetlands occurred without a permit and is a violation of the Clean Water Act Section 404.
