This is an Administrative Agreement for the Recovery of Past Response Costs EPA expended at the Site. The Agreement is an ability to pay settlement with the company which released the hazardous substances at the Site. The Respondent will pay EPA for its oversight costs expended overseeing the removal of hazardous substances from the Site.
