On August 26, 2004, Region 5 filed a combination Complaint/Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) simultaneously initiating and resolving an administrative penalty and compliance action against the Raabe Corporation (Raabe) located at N92 W14701 Anthony Avenue, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The CAFO resolves the company�s alleged violations regarding failure to comply with the leak detection and repair requirements for equipment that manages hazardous waste spent solvents and failure to maintain records of hazardous waste vapor pressure determinations. The CAFO requires Raabe to pay a civil penalty of $8,910.
