This is a Prospective Purchaser Agreement between EPA and Target Corporation. In exchange for $100,00 consideration, EPA will give Target a covenant not to sue and contribution protection at the Denova Site and the surrounding 230 acres. EPA will also waive any right to claim a windfall lien at the property in the future. Target will use the property as a distribution center.
