Lymtal manufactures architectural coatings. During the production years of 1999-2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003 Lymtal manufactured coatings in violation of the Architectural Coatings Rule. As a result of this action, Lymtal has paid past owed exceedance fees, corrected product labeling violations, and past reporting issues. Actions taken by Lymtal will bring the Company back into compliance with the rule.
