This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA issued to Earth Protection Services, Inc. (EPSI). The violations involve failure to submit Chemical Inventory information (EPCRA 311 and 312) and Toxic Release Inventory information (EPCRA 313). Because these violations were disclosed by Respondent as the result of a self-audit, the EPA Audit Policy was applied, resulting in a 100% mitigation of the penalty (zero penalty action).
