EPA conducted a search of both the computerized data base and its physical files and found no notice of demolition. Therefore, Respondents have violated 40 CFR Section 61.145(b), a rule promulaged pursuant to Section 112 of the CAA, by failing to notify EPA at least ten working days prior to a scheduled demolition.
