This is an Administrative Penalty action using the Expedited Settlement Agreement procedures (RCRA-UST). A field citation was issued for the following violations (settlement offered 10/14/2003): failure to have financial responsibility; failure to maintain Veeder-Root according to manufacture���s instructions; and failure to have last 12 months of release detection records for an underground tank (UST #2).
