This Administrative Compliance Order, pursuant to section 309(a) of the CWA, was issued to Pacific Aerospace Services, Inc. due to findings made during EPA's inspection of the Facility on January 15, 2004. This Order was issued due to Pacific Aerospace's failure to comply with Federal categorical pretreatment standards at 40 CFR 403 and 433.17. Pacific Aerospace has been discharging wastewater with cyanide, cadmium, and nickel in exceedance of levels permitted by the Federal pretreatment standards. The Order directs Pacific Aerospace to submit a preliminary engineering plan and begin monitoring the Facility's wastewater discharge to verify that they have come into compliance with the pretreatment standards at 40 CFR 433.17.
