This is an AO pursuant to the SDWA issued to Respondent. The violation involves failure to monitor and/or report data required by the SDWA. The Order directs the water supplier to complete any outstanding monitoring as required by 40 C.F.R. 141.21-30 and to report all outstanding data to EPA in the nanner set forth at 40 C.F.R. 141Subpart D.
