WILGER ENTERPRISES (NMR15DE05): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by the New Mexico Environment Department on May 13, 2004, to determine the compliance status of Wilger Enterprises at the construction site of Walgreens Store #9067 located at 701 East 20th St., Farmington, NM. Although a Notice of Intent (NOI) was submitted and a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) was developed, Wilger Enterprises had failed to implement the SWPPP. This included conducting and documenting inspections, providing a general location map and a site map with the required information, and not posting a construction sign. An administrative order was drafted to address these violations.
