Administrative Order issued for effluent violations of the parameters of TSS, NH-N, CBOD, from the time period of January 2004 through August 2004. The Order requests the Permittee to come into compliance within 30-days or submit a schedule to achieve compliance. This Order is being issued in accordance with the MOA agreement with the TCEQ for timely enforcement actions.
