This facility was one of several facilities inspected during the EPA Region 2 and NJDEP Paterson Sweep in December 2003. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-446, in the amount of $350, for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.45: Failure to maintain records of release detection monitoring; 280.44(a): Failure to conduct annual test of the operation of ALLD; and 280.45(c): Failure to document calibration, maintenance, and repair of release detection.
