This facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-585, in the amount of $2050, for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.45: Failure to maintain records of release detection monitoring; 280.41(b)(1)(ii): Failure to perform release detection on pressurized piping; 280.44(a): Failure to conduct annual test of ALLD; 280.31(c): Failure to inspect impressed current system every 60 days; and 280.21(a): Failure to perform replacement, upgrade, or closure of UST.
To address violation 280.21(a), the substandard UST has been permanently closed (filled-in place) and no contamination has been detected above the NJDEP Soil Cleanup Criteria.
