Construction activities associated with the development of the Sangre De Cristo Condos and Lodge by Seven Summits was found non compliant with federal NPDES storm water program regulatory requirements, during an NPDES Compliance Inspection by NMED on 09/28/04. EPA issued to the Respondent (Seven Summits) an Expedited Settlement Agreement on 12/28/04, that ordered compliance and penalty. Respondent complied with the Order and the case was thereby closed 05/17/05.
