A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on February 5, 2004, to determine compliance with the Construction General Permit. It was determined at that time that Porter Construction had not developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) not submitted a Notice of Intent (NOI) for coverage under the permit.
