OMNI PARTNERS (TXU010393): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA at the Legends on Lake LBJ on February 19, 2004, to evaluate compliance with the Storm Water Construction General Permit (GCP). It was determined that Omni Partners, an operator at the residential construction site, had not complied with the Clean Water Act in that no Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) had been prepared and implemented, nor had this operator applied for permit coverage under the CGP. Because Omni Partners met the criteria, an Expedited Settlement Offer (ESO) was extended and accepted with a penalty assessed at $8,350.00.
