L&K CONSTRUCTION CO., LLC (NMU001444): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on October 26, 2004, a the residential construction site owned and operatored by L&K Construction Co., LLC, and located in the Morningstar Town Ranch 3 site in Farmington, NM. It was determined that the Respondent had not applied for coverage under the Storm Water Construction General Permit (CGP) not had a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) been prepared. An enforcement order was issued to address these violations.
