An Administrative Order was issued to
Mr. Jerry Carnes on December 28, 2004, for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act. On August 24, 2004, the Environmental Protection Agency conducted an on-site inspection which revealed that this facility's records were not current and measures were not taken to prevent animal contact with waters of the U.S., unsatisfactory to the permits requirements.
