KING�S PRIMO QUALITY CONSTRUCTION (NMU001442): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted on October 26, 2004, at a residential construction site in Farmington, NM, owned and operated by King�s Primo Quality Construction, to determined compliance with the Storm Water Construction General Permit (CGP). It was determined that the company had not developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3), nor had they submitted a Notice of Intent (NOI) for permit coverage. Because they met the criteria, they were extended an Expedited Settlement Offer (ESO) to address the penalties.
