This is an Administrative Order on Consent pursuant to CERCLA 122(h) by which EPA will recover costs from the California Department of Transportation (Cal-Trans) as incurred in responding to the Cal-Trans portion of the Redwood/38th site (aka Quince Radiation). The Consent Order establishes that Cal-Trans will pay EPA's costs in the amount of $84,000.
