This Administrative Order is issued to Southside Well Improvement and Service District for failure to monitor for contamination of radionuclides, for exceeding the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) for total coliform bacteria, failure to notify the public of the violations and failure to report the violatons to EPA.
