The violations of a federal NPDES CAFO permit were identified during a September 3, 2008 inspection, conducted by EPA. Violations include: failure to properly maintain records; failure to properly install lagoon markers; improper diposal of dead animal carcasses; and failure to ensure all manures are applied at rates recommended for specified crops.
