EPA Region III and Motiva Enterprises LLC. (ÂMotivaÂ) have executed a Consent Agreement settling EPAÂs claims that Motiva violated Section 103 of CERCLA.
Respondent failed to notify the National Response Center immediately following a non-permitted release of mixed xylene on July 27, 2006, at its facility located at 3445 Fairfield Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland.
Motiva has agreed to pay the full penalty of $8,061.00 for the violation. The Final Order was filed on August 21, 2008.
