Chevron Products violated Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) requirements of the Petroleum Refinery MACT. These violations were found during an EPA inspection of the facility. This facility is ordered to comply with all applicable LDAR requirements such as proper use of Method 21, proper recordkeeping, and reporting requirements.
