Two Lord and Taylor stores were found to be in violation of: failure to make a hazardous waste determination. Both hazardous waste and universal waste rules and regulations apply for this count. EPA request that the generator make a hazardous waste determination on all its solid waste streams and comply with all aspects of the hazardous and universal waste requirements.
