This Administrative Order is issued to the Town of Pinesdale for failure to sample for total coliform bacteria, disinfection byproducts, residual disinfectant concentration, lead and copper, inorganic chemicals, synthetic organic chemicals, volatile organic chemicals, failure to report results of turbidity sampling, exceeding the turbidity limit, failure to prepare a consumer confidence report, failure to provide public notice of a violation, and failure to report the violations to the State.
