This is a 185 acre site, of which 147 acres will be disturbed. Approximately 5 acres were disturbed at the time of the inspection. A State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Construction Activity (GP-02-01) (CGP) was obtained for the site in 2003. A proposed penalty of $5,250 was determined based on Permit violations including Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) deficiencies identified during the compliance evaluation inspection (CEI) conducted January 4, 2008.
