This Administative Order is issued to Blue Moon Plentywood for exceeding the maximum contaminant level (MCL) for total coliform bacteria; failure to monitor for nitrate and total coliform bacteria; failure to obtain approval for construction of a public water system improvement; failure to provide public notice, and failure to report the violations to the State.
