This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA 313 issued to Gillig Corp.. The Violation involves failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms required under EPCRA 313 for certain glycol ethers, nickel, chromium and xylene for calendar years 2003 and 2004 and for chlorodifluoromethane for calendar year 2004 These violations were voluntarily disclosed to the Agency. Gillig Corp. qualified for the Audit Policy which reduced the penalty from $244,400 to $0.
