The violations involve failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms required under EPCRA 313 for for nitrate compounds, nitric acid, and lead for calendar year 2003 and timely Form Rs for nitrate compounds, copper compounds, and lead for calendar year 2004 These violations were voluntarily disclosed to the Agency.
